Ni-Cr-Mo Alloyed Ductile Iron Roll,featuring a working layer with fine intercrystalline graphite.The size,shape,and distribution of graphit and carbides are controlled through the chilling effect and alloy content. The addition of alloying elements (Mn, Cr, Ni, Mo) enables the matrix structure to transform from pearlite to bainite or martensite. Combined with the presence of fine graphite, this significantly enhances the roll's resistance to spalling, thermal cracking resistance, and wear-resistance,while ensuring minimal hardness drop across the working layer of the roll barrel. It is suitable for intermediate and finishing stands in bar,wire and structural steel mills.
